By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

These terms are between you and E.B. Lighting & Supplies. If we have a separate written agreement with you — a contract, an order form, a membership or enrollment agreement — that agreement governs where the two disagree.

You may use this site for its intended purpose: to learn about us, to contact us, and to use the services offered on it. You agree not to:

• use it for anything unlawful, or to break anyone's rights;
• attempt to gain access to any part of it, or any account, that is not yours;
• interfere with how it works, including scraping, overloading, probing or scanning it;
• submit anything false, misleading, abusive, or that you do not have the right to send;
• upload anything harmful, including malware;
• copy, reproduce or republish its content beyond what is described below.

We may suspend or refuse access to anyone who breaks these rules, and where a breach is serious we may report it.

Where this site offers accounts, you are responsible for what happens under yours and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. You must give accurate information when you register and keep it current.

You keep ownership of anything you send us — a message, a review, a photo, a document. By sending it you give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for.

Where you post a public review or testimonial, or give us permission to publish one, you allow us to display it with the name or initials you supplied. Tell us and we will take it down. Do not send us anything confidential that you do not want us to have.

The content on this site — text, images, logos, video, design and code — belongs to us or to the people we licensed it from, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view it, and share ordinary links to it. You may not copy it for your own commercial use, republish it as your own, or use our name or logo to suggest a relationship that does not exist.

If you believe something here infringes your copyright, tell us with enough detail to find it and we will look into it promptly.

This site may link to sites we do not run. We link because we think it is useful, not because we endorse everything there, and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

We try to keep this site available and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we may have to take it down for maintenance.
